Our Ryder Adapt FlexiRun™ athletic sneakers are specially designed to accommodate orthotics such as AFOs and SMOs. These navy blue mesh sneakers have lime and teal accents and extra-long straps that fit around orthotics and can be cut to size for a custom fit. The upper opens wide for narrow, medium, and wide width feet. With a removable insole and a unique hinge system on the straps, these sneakers are easy to put on and take off. And because they're anatomically-shaped, lightweight, and flexible, they're perfect for healthy foot development!
