All orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped within 48 of receipt from our fulfillment center. Orders placed Friday after 11am through Sunday evening will ship the following Monday. We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS and use standard ground shipping.
We offer $7.50 flat-rate ground shipping to the contiguous United States for all orders less than $75. All orders over $75 are shipped free of charge
We want you to enjoy your Joy Street Kids as much as we do! If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund using our pre-paid return label found in the package. Returned merchandise must be received in unused, unwashed, and re-sellable condition in the original packaging with all tags intact. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s) please allow roughly two weeks for our fulfillment center to process and scan in your return. You will be notified via email if your return has been approved. The return will be refunded to your original method of payment. It typically takes 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.
To return your unworn product(s), please use the pre-paid return label included in your package. If you are unable to locate your return label, reach out to us at info@joystreetkids.com and we would be happy to send you a new one.
We do not currently process exchanges. We ask that you return the item that you wish to return and re-order the new item that you would like. we will refund you for the returned item upon receipt.
