Didn't love your order? Follow the below instructions to start your return or exchange.

  • Friendly reminder that all sale items are final sale and items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition with tags on and within our 30 day return window from date of ship date to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • A $7.50 handling fee is deducted from the refund amount which helps to cover the cost of additional shipping changes and fulfillment fees. Return labels are only available for orders shipped within the continental U.S. Please do not combine returns, shipping labels may not cover the cost of postage and it will delay your refund.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing your return.
  • All eligible exchanges are free and handling fees are waived.

Follow the below steps to process your return or exhange.

  1. Start your return or exchange online here and be sure to have your return number available as well as the shipping zip code. Gifts can be returned with this same information without the gift giver being notified, simply select the returning a gift option as you are prompted through the steps.
  2. Follow the prompts online to select a refund, gift card or swap for a new item.
  3. Shipping options and instructions will be provided.
  4. You will receive an email update once your return or exchange has been processed.

frequently asked questions

All orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped within 48 of receipt from our fulfillment center. Orders placed Friday after 11am through Sunday evening will ship the following Monday. We ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS and use standard ground shipping.

We offer $7.50 flat-rate ground shipping to the contiguous United States for all orders less than $75. All orders over $75 are shipped free of charge

We want you to enjoy your Joy Street Kids as much as we do! If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of shipping for a full refund using our return and exchange site here. Returned merchandise must be received in unused, unwashed, and re-sellable condition in the original packaging with all tags intact. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All returns are subject to a $7.50 handing fee to help offset the shipping and fullfilment costs.

Once we receive and inspect your item(s) please allow roughly two weeks for our fulfillment center to process and scan in your return. You will be notified via email if your return has been approved. The return will be refunded to your original method of payment. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed.

To return your unworn product(s), please use the pre-paid return label included in your package. If you are unable to locate your return label, reach out to us at info@joystreetkids.com and we would be happy to send you a new one.

We do not currently process exchanges. We ask that you return the item that you wish to return and re-order the new item that you would like. we will refund you for the returned item upon receipt.
