Refund Policy

Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means that in order to be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be received by Joy Street Kids within 30 days of customer receipt. Returned merchandise must be received in unused, unwashed, and re-sellable condition, in the original packaging with all tags intact. A proof of purchase must also be received with the goods.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. In addition, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. To be eligible for a return, all product(s) must be received in their original condition and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Damaged or Missing Goods
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Return Process
To return your product(s), please use the pre-paid return label included in your package. If you are unable to locate your return label, reach out to us at info@joystreetkids.com to request a new one.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) you will be notified via email as to whether your return has been approved. The return will be refunded to your original method of payment. It typically takes 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges
We do not currently process exchanges. We ask that you return the original item (using the process described above) and re-order the new item that you would like. We will refund you upon receipt of your original purchase.
